Laura Sgotto

Laura is an experienced lawyer who has spent much of her career serving as in-house counsel in both the non-for-profit and private sector. Her experience has provided her with practical, business-focused approach to legal issues and strategic decision making. Laura has advised executive team and boards of governance on risk management, regulatory compliance, contracts and organizational growth.

More recently, Laura has expanded her skill-set to estates and family law and works in association with D’Alessio Sindhwani Law Firm. She assists individuals, families and business owners with thoughtful estate planning strategies.
