Philip Leung

Chi Chiu (Philip) has been a licensed paralegal since 2013. He received his tertiary education at the University of Windsor and holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree. He is most experienced in handling Accident Benefits and Highway Traffic Act claims. He speaks English, Cantonese and Mandarin and has been serving the Chinese Community in Toronto, Scarborough, Markham and Mississauga for approximately 30 years.
